What is Voicepark?

Voicepark is a private online community where we have invited a select group of people to become our trusted advisors, contributing to the development of products and services in the consumer marketplace.

How do live conversations work?

All discussions in Voicepark are held on a live research platform where members can connect with others in a conversational format. Members can also view their contributions to research in real-time.

What are the benefits of joining?

A lot of our research is sponsored by some of the biggest brands and companies in the world. Participating in our sessions will give you a unique opportunity to help shape and fuel decisions for many of these brands.  Your input is incredibly valuable, and the sessions are incredibly interesting!

What are the rewards?

You can earn points by performing specific activities, like posting content, uploading media, and replying. Points can be exchanged for various gift cards! For more info, checkout the Points page or our Rewards FAQ.

What types of activities can I participate in?

We have lots of activities!  From time to time, you'll receive invitations to participate in short surveys, polls, discussion topics as well as Live Sessions.  They will be on a variety of topics from a multitude of different consumer-facing industries. Typical conversations revolve around the ideation of many topics including electronics, automobiles, sporting events, current events, entertainment, alcohol, and more!  You get a unique opportunity to help influence decisions around these many topics.

What happens if I can’t finish a discussion?

Because Voicepark discussions are live, it is important that you only sign up for discussions that you know you will be able to complete. When you sign up for a discussion, you will be told the date, time, and duration of the session. If for some reason you need to leave mid-session, you will not earn points.

Who can join Voicepark?

Anyone 18 and older may join. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the profile and become a panelist. You will be asked for some basic information to create a personal profile.  This profile gives us the information we need to invite you to participate in our studies.  To ensure the highest quality results for our clients and the integrity of our community, you may only register to Voicepark once.

How do I be a good member?

With this community, you will have many opportunities to provide feedback on a variety of topics on behalf of the biggest brands in the world. Our trusted advisors help us by being candid, honest, and articulate. We also expect a certain amount of professionalism. Members who are providing feedback that is vulgar or abusive content will be subject to removal at our discretion.

How do I unsubscribe?

We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy participating in Voicepark.  If at any time you would like to Unsubscribe from either receiving e-mail correspondence or text messages from us, please log into Voicepark and go to the "Account Settings" page.  From there, click on "Communication", where you can unsubscribe from emails and SMS messages. You can also click on the “unsubscribe” link in any e-mail we send you. If you wish to be removed permanently from Voicepark, please email us at moderator@voicepark.com and we will remove you.

How do I find discussions to participate in?

When you join Voicepark, you will complete a quick questionnaire about your identity and interests. This will determine which discussions you are eligible to participate in. When a discussion is created that matches your profile, you will receive an email invitation with session details.  You can also find available activities when you log into your community portal.

How do I know when a discussion is happening?

When you sign up for a discussion, you will have access to the date, time, and duration of the conversation. 1-day prior to the start of the conversation, you will receive a reminder email. On the day of the discussion, you will be sent a link 2-3 hours before the discussion begins, along with a calendar reminder, if you choose to add it to your calendar. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the discussion itself starts, where you’ll be able to complete onboarding questions.
